What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free covers building a system: the parts catalog, 3D assembly, volume and surface area, and the bill of materials. Pro adds the pumping speed, pumpdown, steady-state and full assembly molecular flow simulations, and saving and sharing your designs and reports.
How does the Pro free trial work?
You get every Pro feature for 30 days. Your plan starts when the trial ends, and you can cancel before then without being charged.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can change plans at any time, and the new plan starts at your next billing date.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free.
Can I get a refund?
Ask within 30 days of a charge and we'll review it; we refund things like a renewal you meant to cancel or a duplicate charge. See the refund policy.
